The Kāpiti Food Fair is privately owned and operated in partnership by Helene Judge and Jeanine van Kradenburg.

Kāpiti Food Fair has two contractors who liaise with vendors for bookings and payments, Mex Bouziad and Erica Nock. Helene is also regularly in contact with vendors either by phone or email.
