TRANSPORT & PARKING
Allow extra travel time as the roads will be busy with many others making their way to the Fair.
BUY VIP parking online when purchasing your tickets to access VIP parking on site at Mazengarb Reserve. Your VIP parking ticket will be scanned once you have entered Scaife Dr and will let you conveniently park all day for just $13!
NO VIP parking ticket? Head to a managed GOLD COIN parking zone shown on our PARKING MAP. Walk the short distance to the Fair and enjoy the vibe along the way with many other visitors arriving and departing!
DISABLED/MOBILITY parking is FREE and near Gate Entry 2, with parking marshals ready to assist. Let VIP parking scanners on Scaife Dr know that you need disabled/mobility parking and they will wave you through.
LOCALS: We recommend walking, running, biking (plenty of bike racks and lock-up options on site) - Or catch the train from Waikanae or Paekākāriki and board the FREE bus from Paraparaumu Station (timetable below).
HEADS UP: MEADOW COURT entry will be CLOSED, and Realm Drive car park will be OPEN as a GOLD COIN site with a fenced pathway to tarmac near Gate Entry 2.

CATCH the TRAIN to Paraparaumu Station and board the FREE Bus on the half hour for a short ride to and from the Fair.

ENJOY the LIVE MUSIC party vibe with rhythmic grooves all day on the Main Stage with exciting Kiwi bands! Love cooking? Visit the Seriously Pickled Kāpiti Kitchen Stage for demos, or head to the ZEAL Zone for local talent and circus acts. There’s also a supervised FREE kids’ zone for families and plenty of roving street performers.

Kāpiti Food Fair is a pre-Christmas food festival event providing an opportunity for vendors to package their products for visitors to sample, buy gifts or to stock-up their pantry at home.
Previous Fairs have attracted artisan and commercial products including a large variety of ready to eat foods with every vendor adding to a positive visitor experience.
Just some examples of what has been on offer at past Fairs includes:
