Early bird tickets are on sale resulting in many bookings already.
Kāpiti Food Fair 2025 is a gastronomic adventure and a celebration of culinary creativity – any foodie will not be disappointed! On the menu for 2025 ……… the Fair will serve up a vibrant platform of food producers and artisans ranging from gourmet foods and beverages to unique local delicacies. Amongst that is the bustling off licence Liquor Zone, a licenced Tuatara Bar, the Thames Pacific Main Stage, the ANZ Kāpiti Kitchen Demo Stage, the Kāpiti Ice Cream Dining Room, FREE Kid’s Zone, ZEAL Zone buskers, roving street performers and much more! Vendor sites are fully booked! That’s 250 sites in total! All sites were snapped up very quickly this year so we can’t wait to show visitors what is being cooked up by a diverse range of vendors. Co-owner of the Kāpiti Food Fair, Helene Judge says, “We are thrilled our vendor launch back in April triggered so many exciting new and repeat vendor bookings. We know the Fair is a fantastic platform for vendors to showcase their unique offerings and contribute to the vibrant food culture in Kāpiti – get hold of me if you want to be on the waitlist.”
Jeanine van Kradenburg, Co-owner of the Kāpiti Food Fair continues, “we are an event that showcases Aotearoa’s vibrant culinary scene, attracting food enthusiasts from across New Zealand. With last year's event drawing over 10,000+ visitors, this year's Fair is set to provide the same great exposure and opportunities for vendors.”
She goes on to say, “the excitement is building with the anticipated vibe of the 80's to 90's revival party that will run all day on the Thames Pacific Main Stage. We have a range of talent from the Wellington region and their setlists will get the party going with tunes from this much-loved era.”

Kāpiti Food Fair was established in 2008 as a community event with humble beginnings. Now privately owned and operated as a limited liability company with directors and shareholders, Helene Judge and Jeanine van Kradenburg, who helped conceptualise the initial event.
The vision of the Fair is about leaving a lasting impression on food lovers. While their mission is to bring visitors to the Kāpiti Coast for an exciting and indulgent day filled with good food, good music, and great company for all food enthusiasts, Helene & Jeanine want the Fair to be remembered as a standout food and beverage pop-up experience that sees visitors returning each year.
Having FUN and creating happiness is important to Helene and Jeanine. They want everyone attending to love what they do and to have fun, as life is busy, so creating a moment to stop and enjoy what is happening around us is paramount.
