Vendor Registration

COVID-19: Kāpiti Food Fair is good to go at Alert Level 1. We will use the events sector voluntary code developed by NZEA for Level 1 conditions in New Zealand.
WE ARE OPEN FOR VENDOR REGISTRATION with maximum 250 sites at the Kāpiti Food Fair to be held on Saturday 4 December 2021 from 10am to 4pm at the Mazengarb Reserve.  We will close vendor registration on Monday 4 October 2021 to allow time for the Site Map to be finalised and publishedThere is no refund to any vendor withdrawing from the Fair or any extraordinary weather event making the Fair impossible to run.  To operate, the Fair needs to be in COVID Alert Level 1.  If we had to cancel due to COVID we would transfer your fee to the 2022 event or refund 75% as needed.

Site Categories & Fees

All sites are Single 3m x 3m or Double 6m x 3m and all fees include GST and a variable Levy to cover waste, licencing and health & safety.  There is an additional charge for power supplied by the Fair.  There are two sites categories: Packaged (processed products that are not perishable including liquor and items that relate to food and beverage) or Ready to Eat (fresh plated food from vendors operating from a food truck or under gazebo).  Fees include:

  1. Single Packaged $155 + $15 = $170
  2. Double Packaged $310 + $15 = $325
  3. Single Ready to Eat $155 + $35 = $190
  4. Double Ready to Eat $310 + $35 = $345
