Vendor Registration
VENDOR REGISTRATION for 30 November 2024 will open early in April 2024.
There is no refund to any vendor withdrawing from the Fair or any extraordinary weather event making the Fair impossible to run.
Site Categories & Fees
All sites are Single 3m x 3m or Double 6m x 3m and fees include GST, a levy for waste, licencing, health & safety & promotion. There is a flat charge for power supplied by the Fair ($60 max 3 domestic items and two 10 AMP connections) and we need to understand the Watts of each item to be powered to assist Site Map planning. We do NOT supply power to FOOD TRUCKS - you must be independent and provide your own power generation using a quiet inverter. All vendors need to remove their own general waste from site yet can leave separated recycling, glass and compostable items at the Waste Depot before the Fair closes.
There are three site categories: Packaged (processed products that are not perishable) or Ready to Eat (fresh plated food from vendors operating from a food truck or under gazebo) or a site in the Liquor Zone. Fees include GST, levy for waste, licencing, health & safety and promotion:
- Single Packaged $195
- Double Packaged $390
- Single Ready to Eat $220
- Double Ready to Eat $440
- Single Liquor Zone $295
- Double Liquor Zone $590
