COVID-19: Kapiti Food Fair is good to go at Alert Level 1. We will use the events sector voluntary code developed by NZEA for Level 1 conditions in New Zealand.
Kapiti Food Fair: Saturday 4 December 2021 - maximum 250 sites - We will open for 2021 bookings towards the end of March 2021.
The Kapiti Food Fair will confirm all vendor bookings received by email and will send an invoice for payment (terms 7 days). At the same time, the Fair will send each vendor a Kapiti Coast District Council (KCDC) Stallholder Application which is a free, and if needed, a Special Liquor Licence Application that will cost approximately $63. These documents are to be completed and sent promptly to KCDC so we know our values of being a Professional, Healthy and Hygienic event are top of mind for all vendors attending the Fair.
There is no refund to any vendor withdrawing from the Fair or any extraordinary weather event making the Fair impossible to run.
