All vendor registrations close at 5pm on Thursday 31 October 2019 so the site map for the Fair can be finalised and published for visitors.
The Kapiti Food Fair will confirm all vendor bookings received by email and will send an invoice for payment. At the same time, the Fair will send each vendor a Kapiti Coast District Council (KCDC) Stallholder Application which is a free, and if needed, a Special Liquor Licence Application which will cost approximately $63. These documents are to be completed and sent promptly to KCDC so we know our values of being a Professional, Healthy and Hygienic event are top of mind for all vendors attending the Fair.
Prompt payment (terms 7 days) is appreciated so the Fair can go about it’s business of running an excellent event for both vendors and visitors to enjoy. All vendor payments must be deposited to ANZ Paraparaumu: 01-0731-0223902-00 and reference your business name & invoice number.
There is no refund to any vendor withdrawing from the Fair or any extraordinary weather event making the Fair impossible to run.
